Application Management related tasks:
- Responsible for the lifecycle application module: analyzing release notes, interfacing with the business to decide on changes, validating specifications, monitoring development and testing, piloting the go/no go and the production’s go lives, ensuring acceptance and post-delivery documentation;
- Enforce the Product Lifecycle Process, including obligations and best practices related to the application (Security, Data Protection, compliance & Regulation, methodology);
- Define and monitor the backlog of the application;
- Support the business team during “Run”, in coordination with the product team;
- Responsible for the relationship with the vendors: managing its release note for adaptive or evolutionary maintenance, bug correction, data correction;
- Ensure application ease of use for stakeholders;
- Manage financial budgets for both specific projects and day-to-day running;
- Troubleshoot and resolve any incidents or problems with the product team;
- Report on the progress of technical issues to senior managers, end-users, and other stakeholders;
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of latest software developments;
Compliance specific tasks:
- Analyze and document Name Screening requirements, ensuring the effective integration of screening processes within compliance systems and workflows;
- Analyze, ensure and maintain the appropriate indicia in the CRM tool to be able to have enough information in the AML Risk Scoring Tool;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement AML Post-Transactional Analysis scenarios;
- Maintain Risk Scoring frameworks, working closely with data teams to ensure accurate modeling and implementation within compliance tools;
- Finalize the design of SWIFT Screening processes;
- Contribute to Compliance Oversight Activities by gathering requirements and conducting gap analyses;
- Assist in the identification and prevention of Market Abuse by analyzing project needs, developing specifications, and supporting the implementation of monitoring solutions;
Qualifications
- Degree in computer engineering or a master’s degree;
- Minimum 3 years of experience on Compliance topics;
- Knowledge of advanced systems methods, analysis, principles, and practices;
- Knowledge of modelling principles and tools;
- Experience preparing workflow mapping and analysis;
- Experience with programming languages, server software, and systems;
- Understanding of software development life cycles, systems programming, scripting and DevOps methodology;
- Comfort working with teams, clients, and vendors to identify and solve problems;
- Leadership, empathy and strong communication skills;
- Organized and autonomous in solving problems;
- Excellent priority management skills, very good attention to details;
- Leadership skills that inspire technical teams to achieve project success;
- Fluent French & English;
